Cancellations & Returns

We at KnitStudio want you to have the best experience possible when choosing and purchasing your favorite Knit wear. Despite our best efforts to maintain customer satisfaction, there are times when you might feel compelled to return your product due to events that are neither within your control nor ours.

To ensure that you won’t encounter any issues should you decide to cancel your order or request a refund, we have included all relevant information about our cancellation and refund policy below.

 

Pre-order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing them. Please be apprised that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. Please note that the refund will be made by deducting the courier charges.

 

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics starts, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases

 

And what if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

1) Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember – orders canceled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

 

2) Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via email.

 

Post order returns

I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

Yes you can. At Knitstudio, we don’t believe in making customers but in strengthening our family with happy family members. We take stringent measures to deliver fashion delight to our customers globally  in the best possible condition but there’s always a possibility that

  1. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
  2. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing; or

 

How soon should I get back to you?

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.

 

In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?

Kindly be informed that any product purchased from our ‘Sale’ Section will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if it’s an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item that has been shipped out to you by mistake. You can initiate a return request with in 10 days after receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment method originally used for the purchase within 15 Business days.

    • We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive any email claiming to be from us asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
    • Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.

     

    NOTE: If any item is returned by you that does not comply with our Terms of Use, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not refund of an item which does not comply with our Terms of Use. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

 

Return and Exchange

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase! We want nothing more than for our customers to be satisfied with their order, so we absolutely understand and will do whatever we can to make things right.

In order to return an item, make sure it is applicable for return terms and conditions as per the return terms and conditions clause mentioned.

For initiation of return you will need to send an email to our customer service team. (orders@knitstudio.ca) once we receive your email, we will be sending you return label over the same mail. Please affix the label to the package and drop it to the same courier service drop box that has been mentioned on the label.

Please make sure while initiating the return of an item it should be in proper condition with labels attached.

After receiving the item, we will initiate the process of your refund within 7 days.
