Terms of Use
- If you received an item which was damaged upon arrival, please contact our email: orders@knitstudio.ca immediately and provide valid proof (Photos or video) of the product.
- You have the right to a full refund on all orders that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 24-48 Hours of receiving the package.
- To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must return the products to us within 7 days from the date of purchase. You have to provide a reason and return the said products.

At the time of request for return, the following documents need to be provided:
- Return request with a genuine reason for return.
- Pictures of product and packaging.
- Copy of Invoice.
